Knives

I’ve been busy having fun making kitchen knives. They are made out of high carbon steels with stabilized wood handles. This is an example of some of the knives I make with a variety of different woods for handles. The beauty of the steels that I use are they are very abrasion resistant so they hold their edge for a long time. They get incredibly sharp and are a joy to use.
